China's BDL Media Appoints Bethesda List Center as it's Mailing List Manager Bethesda, MD July 12th, 2006 -- Bethesda List Center, Inc. today announced China's BDL Media Appointed Bethesda List Center as it's Mailing List Manager in North America.
