Association Executives from Columbia Books Email

Exclusively at Bethesda List!

These association executives are drawn from two of Columbia Books Email publications: National Trade and Professional Associations of the United States and State and Regional Associations. They are updated monthly, as research is conducted year-round.

Included are executives of associations, trade groups, professional societies and large national groups such as AARP. In general, the staffs are small – the average being 1-10 employees.

Most of these groups are located in the Washington, DC and Chicago areas but many are spread across the country at the state and local level.

Please Note:
Email files are never sent directly to you. Each individual list owner or manager performs the blast.

All images must be hosted in an .html file to your website. If you do not have a web site, hosting services are available at an additional fee. HTML files should not be created in Word. They also should never contain dynamic coding of any kind (this triggers off spam filters).

Text files should be a plain .txt files written in a program such as notepad. All links need to be spelled out to make it easy for users that receive their messages in plain text format (so they can copy & paste the links).

Suppression file required. If you do not have one, you may be required to sign an agreement stating so.

Please allow up to one business week for all blasts. In general, it may not take that long, but it does in some cases.
